I want to be a teacher

In my current understanding of work and vocation, I have realized (or however else found) that I want to be a teacher. Having no background in teaching, I am thinking about going into a program that allows me to teach and teaches me how to teach at the same time. Hopefully i will be looking into pursuing Masters in Ed.
Right now, I am looking into anything: tutoring, substitution, any experience that will help me be a better teacher.
I have been volunteering at the school my sister is attending, and they placed me in kinder-garden for now, because other grades were taking tests. What have i learned from 5 year olds? They're just kids, but adults are also just kids, only older. I will expand on this more as I finish unpacking (WTF?..) and settling my life in order. I was unable to do so because first weekend of freedom was spent camping at Assateague national park in Maryland. Wild ponies and kayak rides. Now that Boston native girl of my life has left the state, I can finally get some things done, i.e.
- Get my student loans in order
- write a poem (i guess it's on my to do list)
- Finish unpacking
- Upload pictures from graduation and trips
- Continue stretch and meditation
- Sort "college related" box
- Sort my closet and donate/throw away lots of things

This is just a beginning of a continuum of unknown unknowns.
