I was planning on starting running over the summer. I am pretty good at making habits but i just do not like running. I ran for about 7min with a little walk in the middle. I'm all sweating *it's 82 outside*, and i was wearing pants and black shirt. No fear, sweat is not my enemy. Laziness and procrastination are. I will create a little sheet (like a calendar) with check boxes on it each day i want to run, so I will want to check it, and have to run. I also ran before breakfast, just brushed my teeth and went for it.
I hope to eventually like running as it could be a great way to be mindful, and I'm all about that :)
